We offer Baby Massage, Baby Yoga, Rhythm & Stretch, First Aid and Parenting Support in the Streatham, Mitcham Eastfields, Dulwich, Dulwich Village, Croydon, Morden, Wimbledon, Wandsworth, Wimbledon Village and Raynes Park area and all the surrounding areas in London. Classes are offered in selected children centres in Merton. The centres are St Marks Children Centre, Steersmead Children Centre, Acacia Intergenerational Centre and Abbey Children Centre, South Wimbledon.

All Baby Massage, Baby Yoga, First Aid, Rhythm and Stretch and Parenting Support can be offered anywhere London.

Baby Massage, Baby Yoga, First Aid, Rhythm and Stretch and Parenting support offered in South London and surrounding areas including Putney, Battersea, Clapham, Tooting,Streatham, Richmond, Kingston, Kensington, Chelsea, Purley, Croydon, Balham.

Why not book for an NCT Group, postnatal group, Dad only sessions or private one to one sessions?

    Baby Yoga

    Baby yoga is a natural transition from baby massage it incorporates stretching, relaxation and yoga techniques. It enables you and your baby to enjoy yoga together to create a joyful interaction.

    Rhythm & Stretch

    Rhythm and Stretch is a music and movement class designed especially for babies and beyond. The rhymes and exercises allow you to help your baby learn, develop and play whilst having fun.

    Friday 10th February

    Classes start on Friday 22nd June at 10.30 am and will run on consective Fridays thereafter.

    Parenting Support

    At Precious care we offer support for weaning, positive support including terrible twos, Developmental milestones, Toilet training, First Aid, sleeping problems and sleep routines from 6 months. Support can be offered on 121 basis, NCT groups, home sessions, and direct to voluntary and statutory organisations.

    First Aid

  • Would you know what to do in an emergency?

  • Would you like to learn how to deal with choking, resuscitation or minor ailments for babies and children?


    • colic streatham #07At Precious Care you can attend a 2 hour introductory First Aid course for babies and Children or a more advanced course in Emergency First aid which provides you with a professional certificate. We offer courses for NCT group within community settings or at home,for antenatal or postnatal classes. We also offer an evening course which gives both parents a chance to attend to learn these important life skills. Please call to discuss further as most requirements can be met.

    Precious Care also offers competitive First Aid At Work (FAW)courses for three full days (£1300). We also offer 1 day emergency at work course for up to 12 people (£350.00).

    The next First Aid is on Friday 22nd February 2013 at 10:00am - 12:00 at Raynes Park

    There will be another first aid course will be Friday 29th March 2013
